Emma completed her Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Monash University, and was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2019.
Emma teams with our senior lawyers advising private clients in a wide range of practice areas.
Emma practices in estate planning, business succession planning and family trusts as well as related litigation.
She also works on commercial transactions such as the sale and purchase of businesses, and drafting of shareholders agreements and share sale agreements.
Emma lived in Tokyo for three years and can speak Japanese.
