She provides property advice to the firm’s private clients and deals with property transactions including planning and development matters and foreign investment permissions. She has gained experience working at both local and international law firms in Hong Kong, working predominantly in the Corporate and Litigation teams.
Lily completed both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce degrees at the University of Melbourne and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015.
Lily also works closely with Geoffrey Shiff in assisting high net-worth clients with their estate planning matters. She seeks to develop strong working relationship with her clients and become their trusted legal advisor.
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. Lily has an in-depth understanding of the Asian business culture and regularly works alongside clients from the Asia Pacific region to determine and help them achieve commercial outcomes. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Asian Australian Lawyers’ Association.
Prior to joining Shiff & Company, Lily was an Associate at a Melbourne-based property advisory firm which provides knowledge-based solutions to the property, finance and not-for-profit industry sectors.
